Information We Collect

When you use Titli, we collect information you provide directly โ€” such as your name, phone number, profile photos, and date of birth during account creation. We also collect usage data including call duration, match preferences, device information, and approximate location (city-level) to improve our services.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve Titli's services, including matching you with other users, facilitating video calls, processing payments, preventing fraud, and ensuring platform safety through moderation. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Video Calls & Chat

Video calls on Titli are peer-to-peer (WebRTC). We do not record or store your video or audio streams. Chat messages are encrypted in transit and stored securely on our servers to provide message history.

Profile Verification

Titli uses face verification to ensure authentic profiles. Verification photos are processed to confirm identity and are not shared with other users. You may request deletion of verification data at any time.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Razorpay, Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not store your full card details. Transaction records are retained for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.

Data Sharing

We share limited data with service providers who help us operate Titli (cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing, push notifications). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your profile, matches, and chat history are permanently removed within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer for legal compliance or fraud prevention.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data or restrict processing by contacting us. For users in the EU/EEA, additional rights under GDPR apply.
