Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using Titli, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including a valid phone number and real photos. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person may maintain only one active account.

You agree not to:

• Use fake photos, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users in calls or chats
• Share explicit, illegal, or harmful content
• Record video calls or screenshots without the other person's consent
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation or scams
• Attempt to circumvent moderation, bans, or safety features

Titli offers virtual coins and gifts that can be purchased with real money. Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash except through Titli's official host payout program. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Hosts on Titli earn through gifts received during calls. Payouts are processed weekly to the registered bank account. Titli reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraudulent activity is detected. Host accounts must comply with all platform guidelines.

Titli moderates content and user behavior to maintain a safe environment. We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms — with or without prior notice. Moderation decisions are at our sole discretion.

Titli is a subsidiary of Genz IT Solution. The Titli name, logo, design, and features are the property of Genz IT Solution. You retain ownership of content you create (photos, messages) but grant Titli a license to display it within the platform as needed to provide the service.

Titli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, interactions with other users, or loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Titli in the preceding 12 months.

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any unused virtual currency will be forfeited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
